Houses Dedicated
Francisco

Dear Friends,

This is not your typical Mexican family. The mother left her husband and the children and gives them no thought. There are three generations of Franciscos in this family, the grandfather, father and son. Francisco, a single dad, is raising his two boys with the help of his parents. Both of the young children are in primary school. Francisco works in a wire harness factory and was riding the factory bus to work when it was involved in a major accident about two weeks ago. Francisco injured his back and was hospitalized for six days. He has also recently been diagnosed with a bad heart; however, Mexican diagnoses frequently are incorrect. We will have him checked out in our clinic. His parents gave them a little piece of land for their new home. Francisco Sr. moves very slowly and generally walks with a cane. They have a larger garden with corn and melons which is doing very well.

Blessings,
