Dear friends,

Rafella has always lived in the same house or close together over the years, with her daughter, Rosa, and Rosa's husband, Estoban and their families. Rosa and Estoban have three children:  Evelyn, 6 years old, Bryan, 3 years old and Catrina, 6 months old.  They lived for many years in downtown Juarez, but moved to Kilometer 30 about three years ago. They are only one block away from the only power line in the area and a neighbor passes them some power through a line. Estoban has a job as a bus driver for a factory, and Rosa has a sewing job in a factory.  She leaves at 2:20 PM and returns home about 1:30 AM, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. Both make less than $11 per day. They will all live in their new home together. In the background are their current houses.
